One spawns in the Basement at the start of the game, but can be found in tenants' rooms as well.

Has no particular use in tasks, but can be stored and kept for until they become illegal due to government directives. Upon this happening, the duck can be sold for $330, ten times the selling value of it when it is legal.
Can also be used as contraband, placed into another tenant's room to frame them for eviction.
Can be sold to Nathan Kehler for a quick influx of cash, for either $33 when legal, or $330 when illegal.
