Use the phone and contact the ministry to submit a verbal complaint about Jacob Manishek to get him out of the house temporarily.
Alternatively, you can ask Marcus Manishek to help Zlata Schimmer's life. However, Marcus will be stopped by police along the way and will be taken away from his parents for child neglect and is placed in an orphanage. Zlata will also die in this route.
